I STARED THIS DOOWOP WEBRING 10 YEARS AGO
ALWAYS FREE, NOW IT APPEARS TO
BE A MONEY MAKER SO I WAS REMOVED.
IT IS ALSO APPARENT THE EXISTING WEBRING ,
NOT, OWNED BY ME, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE MUSIC IS ABOUT.
ONLY THE MONEY.
THE DOOWOP SITES THAT JOIN THE MORE MONEY THEY MAKE.

 


The Doo-Wop WebRing is for the Doo-Wop lovers everywhere. If you have a site that deals with music, memorabilia, oldies, of course or you just love Doo-Wop and have put some time and effort into making your homepage, join up!!!  There are a few rules to follow, please be sure to read through them to see if your site quailifies.
 NON-COMMERCIAL SITES ONLY!!!! PLEASE.

IMPORTANT Rules:

  1. Site must be of QUALITY and show you've put some time and effort into it.
  2. If it's still under construction, come join us when it's finished.
  3. Site must have NO PORNOGRAPHY or links to pornography. Keep in mind that this web ring is also used by children and that offensive language and pictures are also not appropriate here.
  4. Site must NOT pertain to hate, violence, or abuse to man nor beast.
  5. Sites that are basically links to other sites do NOT qualify as members.
  6. Sites that have lots of broken graphics do NOT qualify...AOLers beware!
  7. Sites that are only one page do NOT qualify.
  8. Site must NOT pertain to anything illegal, immoral, or controversial.
  9. You MUST save the ring graphics to your own server! Linking to the ring graphics is NOT permitted.
  10. The ring graphics MUST be able to be seen on ALL browsers. If you are with AOL, I suggest you use the non graphic ring fragment or read Graphic Help for AOL'ers.
  11. The ring fragment does not need to be on the page you register with the ring; however, out of convenience for other ring members and visitors, there MUST be a CLEAR and OBVIOUS LINK to the webring on the main page.
  12. Sites that steal bandwidth, using a link to an image source or music found on other sites, etc. are NOT allowed!
